-> What are your shipping policies? TOP We ship via USPS Priority mail within the US and First Class mail for International Orders. All orders will be shipped 1-3 days after payment is received.
Shipping and Handling for orders under $50 are: US- $5.00 Canada- $5.50 International- $9.00 Shipping is free for orders over $50. Large custom orders/wholesale orders are excluded from free shipping. When orders for small and/or light weight items (stitch markers only, etc) are placed shipping will be reduced and the difference will be refunded back to your account after your order has been placed. -> What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We accept payment via paypal. -> What is your return policy? TOP Your satisfaction is very important to us! Please e-mail us at info@perfectdayyarns.com and let us know why you are unsatisfied.
Yarn must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order, buyer will have to pay for return shipping. A refund, less the shipping cost, will be issued through paypal once the product is returned. Yarns must be returned in original, unused and undamaged condition. Yarn that has been knitted or wound into a ball can not be returned. -> Is there sales tax? TOP -> Are your yarns carried in any stores? TOP Yes! You can find us at The Loopy Ewe and Eden Yarns. -> What about knots in the yarn? TOP -> Yarn looks different in person? TOP I try hard to take accurate pictures but I am not a professional photographer. Some colors are harder for me to photograph as well. Also, please keep in mind that all monitors display colors differently. On my monitor the colors may be spot on but may look off on yours.
The colorway you order may also differ from someone else's skein of the same colorway, this is the nature of handdyed yarn. -> How often do you update? TOP I update when I can, there is no set date or time. My first job is as stay-at-home mom, my children are young and my husband works different hours week from week, sometimes I go an entire week with no time or energy to dye, even though I would like to. This is also why I dye & stock in small batches. I apologize for not keeping the shop as stocked and updated as I would like. Please be patient with me as I am just one dyer with many jobs, thank you. -> Can I use your pictures? TOP -> Do you do custom colorways? TOP I'm sorry but we will no longer be taking orders for custom colorways until further notice, thanks for your interest! -> Are you on Ravelry? TOP Yes we are! Stop by and join the Perfect Day Yarns group! Please don't forget to enter our yarns into Ravelry when you upload them into your stash. :D
The Ravelry group is also the best place to stay notified of updates, sock club details, etc. -> Can you wind my yarn into a center pull ball? TOP We will happily wind your yarn into center pull balls, just leave us a note in the "Comments" section during checkout.
